My experience as a published writer began in 1989 as assistant editor of The Longview Current. Since then I have worked as a reporter and editor for The Hour of the Time, The Lewisville Leader, The Colony Courier-Leader, The Flower Mound Leader, The Coppell Gazette, The Rural Reporter/Lathrop News, The KC Conservative, HNTB Engineering, Starfire Technologies, Colony Close-Up Magazine, Chromed Out Magazine, The Power Hour and Wide Open Magazine. I produce quick copy, clean and crisp and on time. I am an experienced editor and proofreader who delivers a quality product before deadline, and possess the experience to conduct interviews (on the phone and in person) in a professional manner. In 2012 my humor column, Faux Farms, placed as one of the funniest weekly columns in Missouri, according to the MO Press Association.
